Writing this blog post tonight, I honestly feel like I’ve known Tayla from Mamasaurus forever. We met in March of 2018 at the Mommylicious market. She admired my work and we talked about all things baby and pregnancy. Fast forward a few months later and we were photographing her family’s In The Box Session when I first introduced them. And again in November, side by side at the Mommylicous market, she couldn’t hold the secret in any longer that she was expecting her third baby! I was so excited for her and together, we started planning her pregnancy progression photos In The Box (check it out here) and her newborn session!
This lady is a local celebrity. Seriously. Commercials playing at the movie theatre, a radio ad, Facebook videos that have gone viral, two published children’s books and not to mention being certified as a Dona Birth Doula, sleep training consultant, lactation counsellor, Spinning Babies and Happiest Baby on the Block educator, craniosacral therapist and an AMAZING childbirth educator! Her prenatal classes sell out every other month she offers them.
I love that fact she empowers other women and helps them trust and believe in themselves when it comes to pregnancy, labor, delivery and post partum.
If or when I ever have a fourth baby, this mama guru will be on my speed dial.
